Chocolate Peanut Butter Beanie Bars

"Incredibly addictive and easy to make chewy bars, like a candybar. My sister's nickname is The Bean and this is her specialty so thus...."Beanie Bars"."

• Serves: 15-20

ingredients

• 1 cup Dark Karo syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 7 cups Rice Krispies or 1 cup Special K cereal
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips

directions

1. Bring dark karo and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat.Add peanut butter and cereal and stir well.
2. Press into rectangular cake pan.
3. Melt choc and butterscotch chips in microwave at 50% power, then spread over top. Let cool, cut and enjoy!
