Got evaporated milk? Got chocolate chips? You're so there! It's easy and fun. I had this recently with my family and the kids LOVED it. The chocolate doesn't harden the way the chocolate would if the evaporated milk wasn't used.
For the chocolate fondue
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
For the dippers
- pineapple chunk
- Take a microwave safe dish or even pyrex measuring cup large enough to hold the fondue ingredients and heat on high for 30 seceonds at a time checking to see if melted my mixing with a spoon each time.
- You can put the blend in a decorative bowl.
- Put the dippers out with plates and wooden skewers and enjoy immediately.
Followed the recipe as written and this was good and easy to make. My boys enjoyed making and eating this. Made for My 3 Chefs.
