Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

• Yields: 50 balls

ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 12 ounces chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 paraffin wax block

directions

1. Cream together peanut butter, sugar and margarine. form balls and put in freezer until hard. melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. drop balls in chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper until cool (easier to use a toothpick).
