- 414.03 ml confectioners' sugar
- 414.03 ml flaked coconut
- 236.59 ml chopped almonds or 236.59 ml nuts, of your choice
- 118.29 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 473.18 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips or 0 chocolate, candy bark
- 29.58 ml shortening
directions
- in a large bowl, combine the confectioner's sugar, coconut, nuts and milk.
- shape into 1-inch balls.
- refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
- in a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening.
- stir until smooth.
- dips balls in chocolate.
- allow excess to drip off.
- place on waxed paper.
- let stand until set.
- store in an airtight cntainer.
