I got this from a Superbowl recipe card. It's a recipe from Jake Delhomme of the Carolina Panthers.
- 1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
- 2 (8 ounce) containers plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup thick & chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate.
- Add extra shredded cheese if desired. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or taco chips.
