"Found this on Emeril's website. It was reported that this is the sauce that they use on Dairy Queen's Flamethrower Burgers. Sounds like it would be good with fries too."

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate until ready to use or serve.
  • Yield: about 3/4 cup.

  4. What a terrific addition to jazz up some sandwiches! I slathered it on a panini and loved it. I know I'll use this recipe over & over. The garlic & note of oregano fit in perfectly and added depth to the sauce. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
     
  5. This was a nice addition to our grilled hamburgers. I fixed it as posted, tasted then added a dash of lime juice. Adding the lime juice gave this another demension and made it perfect for us. I could see making a potatoe salad using this sauce. I will fix this again! Thank you for posting lazyme.
