- Ready In:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I served this sauce with smoked pork tenderloins and my 26 dinner guests just raved about it. So much so, that most of them wanted the recipe.
