Tasty and different from the usual hot seafood chowders.
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled,seeded,finely diced
- 3⁄4 lb cooked shrimp, shelled,deveined,chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups buttermilk
- Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve cold in chilled bowls.
