  • Heat olive oil.
  • Saute broccoli and pepper slices for a little while.
  • Add the yellow onion and sauté for a while.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté a little more.
  • Add chili powder and garlic powder and stir. (Might want to add more seasoning such as salt and pepper to better suit your taste.).
  • Add black beans and stir.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sour cream and stir.
  • Add cheddar cheese and stir.
  • Wrap final mixture into tortillas.
  • enjoy.

  1. Made one change & one addition when preparing these wraps ~ I cut back the chili powder to just 2 teaspoons, & then added 1/4 teaspoon of lemon pepper! All for a good cause, as the finished wraps were very, very satisfying! Something I'd be happy to make again, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]
