- Combine all ingredients in ziploc bag. Add chicken and marinate a minimum of 1 1/2 hours.
Great recipe! I used 1 tbsp chili powder as another reviewer had, and I think it was the perfect amount. I marinated about 12 hours but I will try overnight next time.
I needed something to impress the wife!!! It worked!!! I also added a lime aswell!!! But the basic recipe was out of this world!!! A big thumbs up from me!!! Thank you!!!!
Excellent marinade. I did make one change, I used a tablespoon of chili powder instead of a teaspoon. I like chili powder and I like this marinade with a tablespoon of chili powder!! Grilled the chicken and it was VERY MOIST. Highly recommend. Made for ZWT6 Voracious Vagabonds.
