I have two similar recipes (both of which come out completely different) one includes beer and lemon pepper in the marinade/baste, (its grilled and then basted with the same ingredients as the marinade, i just shift the ratios) and the other i used orange juice and ALOT more whorchestershire to marinate and i bake it. both ways are devine and your recipe here is SO CLOSE to the taste of the latter i had to give it 5 stars! Yummy yummy in my tummy!!!!
