I had a recipe calling for chicken style seasonig so went looking and found this great recipe. From the vegetarian cookbook EAT FOR STRENGTH by Agatha Thrash.
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons sweet pepper flakes, powdered (I couldn't find so used sweet paprika)
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons ground sage
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons ground thyme
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons marjoram
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons ground rosemary
- Mix well, store in glass jar with tight fitting lid. This is good for broth and soup, seasoning various dishes. It's very versatile. Enjoy!
