- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika, - 3 shakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder, -2 shakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red seedless grapes
- 1⁄2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 lemon, small slice, squeezed
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup cherries, dried
directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Chill at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours, or even overnight for better blending of flavors.
