  1. Brown chicken & mushrooms in butter/margarine/oleo & remove from skillet.
  2. Brown onion.
  3. Add flour, parsley, chicken broth, & milk/cream/half and half.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken & mushrooms.
  6. Cook 25-30 minutes.
