Chicken Paprika

"One of those meals that is easy to make and taste so good. Not realy sure on the prep time. I never really times myslef when I make this."

  • Wash chicken and dry.
  • Mix flour,1t salt,1t paperika and 1/4t pepper in a small bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • In Large deep skillet add oil.
  • Coat chicken in flour add to oil.
  • Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken over and cook another ten minutes or until chicken is lightly brown.
  • Cover this it will make less mess this way.
  • When done remove chicken.
  • Add onion and cook until tender.
  • Stir in puree,1T paperika,2t salt,1/4t pepper.
  • Add chicken and cover tightly.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Remove chicken and sour cream, heat till warm.
  • Add Sauce to top of chicken.
  • What I have found with this recipe it is best to some time lift them chicken as it is cooking as it can burn some times on the bottom.
