This was pretty good. It certainly is easy and goes together quickly. I halved the recipe and made it in a cast-iron skillet with lid. The recipe didn't specify whether the chicken was supposed to be cut-up, precooked, etc. I diced my chicken breasts and browned them in a little oil with minced garlic, ginger and black pepper. I then added the rest of the ingredients and baked it in the oven. My only complaint was that this was fairly salty due to the soy sauce and onion soup mix. Next time, I would use low-sodium soy sauce and reduce the amount of onion soup mix. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will make it again with changes.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Put in a large pan that can go in the oven, cover and cook for 1 hour in the oven at 350 degrees.
  3. Check it once in awhile.
