  1. FANTASTIC! It left my mouth watering for more. wow, i'm going to make this all the time, but I mean all the time! At first, I thought it was going to be just pudding, but it came out to be a moist cake with gooey cherry filling or pudding. yummy! thanks for the posting!

  2. FABULOUS! This was so easy to make that I'm going to have my 5 and 7 year olds make it next time! We had to substitute a lot of stuff so that it was gluten free (gf flour mix), dairy free (nut milk) and refined sugar free (honey) because we have celiac disease in our family, but it was still enjoyed by every person! This is very rare in our family for a dessert!

  3. This recipe was very easy to assemble. I usually make my family recipe for cherry pudding but this dish was quicker to put together. We thought it was too sweet for us and I only used 1/2C sugar at the end to sprinkle over the top.

  4. WOW....we loved this great dessert!!! I too thought it would be like a pudding, but turned out totally different than I expected....delicious!! I don't even "like" cherries that much but I could eat this all day, thanks!!

  5. Very good. I was a little put off by the directions-you don't mix everything together-but it worked out just fine. I think I will cut down the sugar on top next time. It was pretty sweet, but it was very good!! :)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
