My customers really like this pie, I make 2 or 3 a week.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Thoroughly mix cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add cherry pie filling with mixer.
- Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting.
