This recipe is from "Light Take Five" cookbook. Excellent variation to regular green beans. Delicious!
- 2 (8 -10 ounce) cans green beans, drained
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) jar processed cheese
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
- Add green beans and cheese.
- Spoon into two quart baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
