I am a new bride and I trying to find new recipes to experiment with. My new husband loved these along with myself. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! I changed only one thing: they are called cheese stuffed but there is hardly any cheese. When I put the mushrooms in the pan to bake I topped them with a lot of mozzerella cheese. My husband loved the cheese on top!! A definite keeper!! Also very easy to make!!

Wow, these were scrape the bottom of the bowl amazing! Since I was making them just for me (I know, little piggy that I am), I didn't bother stuffing them. I placed all the mushrooms in a dish the same way as if they were stuffed, drizzled them with olive oil, then spooned the filling over the top. It came out great and much less cumbersome to put together. This one's a definite keeper!
