    Lovely savoury cheese balls that my mother used to make. One of the first things I learned to cook, so sharing here.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Sift flour, salt and cayenne pepper together.
    2. 2
      Mix cheese with flour.
    3. 3
      Beat egg yolk and lemon together, mix with dry ingredients.
    4. 4
      Stiffly beat egg whites, and mix into mixture.
    5. 5
      Heat oil in fry pan.
    6. 6
      Drop approximately 12 portions into oil, fry until golden brown, turning to cook both sides.
    7. 7
      Drain on paper towel.
