  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix cheese. Add skim milk, egg substitute and cayenne pepper, stirring for 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 minute.
