We loved it!!! I used this on a Strawberry, spinach, goat cheese and almond salad and it was awesome! The sweetness really complimented the strawberries and spinach and the dressing was enjoyed by both myself and my kids. I will be using this to make my own whenever we have this salad!

While sweeter than my normal dressing selections, I found this excellent and will be making it again. Thank you Roger for sharing your recipe!

I used all honey rather than sugar/honey and all olive oil rather than salad/olive oils.I don't recommend you do that and I'm not reviewing the recipe for that reason. Using so much honey made the dressing itself the thickness of honey-way too thick and sticky.
