I am so addicted to McDonald's Caramel Frappe but I'm spending way to much daily to have my fix. My best friend Brandy gave me her version & it taste so good.
- Add these ingredients to blender -.
- 1 cup of ice.
- 1/2 cup of milk.
- 1/2 cup of double strength coffee.
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- 2 tablespoons caramel
- Blend well.
- Pour half into tall glass.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle with caramel.
The flavor wasn't horrible but it tasted nothing like Mcdonalds. Also, the consistancy of it was way off. Not something I would make again.
This was GREAT! I made them for a Grandma and Me night and they were a hit. For a late night treat, I used half the caf. coffee and for the mocha flavor I used sugar free, low cal Suisse Mocha from International Cafe along with a squirt of chocolate syrup. I used a lot more ice for this recipe than it called for just for a thicker texture. GREAT RECIPE and Thanks!!!!
