Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda

Filling
- 50 caramels, unwrapped
- 5 tablespoons cream
directions
- Mix all crust ingredients together and spread 1/2 in bottom of 9 by 13 pan.
- Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
- Melt caramels with cream and pour over baked crust.
- Sprinkle 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips over caramel.
- Crumble remaining crust mixture over all and bake 10-15 minutes.
- Do not over bake!
