To fill Cannoli shells. Serving size is an estimate.
- Put ingredients in bowl.
- Mix with spoon until combined.
- Fill shells.
I can't think of what more I would need in a cannoli filling - it was a snap to make, and super delicious! Mine was a tad runny at first so I recommend draining the ricotta first. Also I sprinkled mini chocolate chips on the ends of my filled cannolis but wished I had pistachios too.
