- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 88.74 ml butter or 88.74 ml margarine
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 29.58 ml minced fresh parsley
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 78.78 ml chicken broth
directions
- Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20"x20"); dot with butter.
- Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
- Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.
- Seal the foil tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

And yet another goody NurseDi! These were so tasty. I sliced taters into thin wedges to eat as "fries" and replaced butter with 2 Tbsp of canola oil. Otherwise did everything as written. We will be taking the puppies on many a camping trips to do over the fire. Thx yet again for another fabulous recipe!!! :)
