ingredients

³⁄₄ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 egg, beaten
¹⁄₂ teaspoon vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
³⁄₄ cup raisins
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons coconut

directions

Mix all ingredients.
Fill tart shells.
Bake 375 for 15 minute.
