ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup soy flour
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
directions
- Pulverize the nuts & powdered milk in small batches. Set aside.
- Combine oil & sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Add nuts & milk mixture.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in flours & cocoa.
- Pour into 2 greased 9" round cake pans.
- Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
