Recipe found on a "Just Chocolate" web site.

- 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Stir chocolate and water in a medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate has melted (mixture will thicken).
- Gradually whisk in milk, then sugar and salt until well blended.
wow ! I would have never thought of using brown sugar instead of white sugar, and this is so much better then white sugar !!!! I might add in a little less sugar next time, but this is absolutely incredible.
Very nice! I couldn't find my unsweetened chocolate so used bittersweet and lessened the sugar just a bit. I enjoyed this for a nice warm morning drink. Thanks! Made for the Comfort Cafe-Jan. 2010.
Incredibly dark and rich. I did have a little trouble getting the chocolate to melt properly without burning. When I did get it to work, though, it was fabulous.
