ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
- 8 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Mix it all together.
- Use 3-4 TBLS in a mug of hot water.
- You can use 2/3 cups of Splenda granular if you don't like Sweet n' Low.
- Or you can use 2/3 cups or regualr sugar if you prefer.

Quite good! I de-carbed this even more by removing the powdered creamer. I used bulk stevia in place of the splenda, dark cocoa powder, and chocolate pudding. Very rich and decadent. I made this with hot cashew milk, but my sister in law uses heavy cream and water. Without the creamer, I only use about a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a half per serving. Yum...
