    This was inspired by Kittencal's Broiled Parmesan Tilapia. I needed to make some adjustments to make a little bit healthier.

      Set oven to broil.

      Spray Pam on large baking sheet.
    3. 3
      In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
    4. 4
      Arrange fillets in a single layer on baking sheet.
    5. 5
      Broil for 2-3 minutes.
    6. 6
      Turn the fish over and broil 2-3 minutes more.
    7. 7
      Remove from oven and top with Parmesan mixture, only the tops.
    8. 8
      Return to oven and broil until golden brown on top and fish flakes easily. This takes about 3 minutes.

      I loved how easy this was to make and how tasty too. My husband thought it was too "strong" tasting but my older son and I liked it. Thanks

      My first time making any type of fish at home that didn't involve fish sticks, I really liked it, instead of Olive Oil I used butter but I might try it next time exactly how it's written.
