My daughter and I loved it. She is 10 so I recommend to people with kids. Very inexpensive, specially if it's on sale! I will put a little mustard next time to try.

I used Panko Japanese-style bread crumbs and a FULL CUP of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 4 large fillets fit perfectly in a 13 x 9 1/2 baking dish. 22 minutes max. 30 minutes would have dried them out. Grated a little extra parm on top before serving. Really good recipe and my husband loved it, too!

DELICIOUS! I first marinated the filets in a little lemon, garlic, salt & pepper for a few hours. I used Parmesan panko bread crumbs, and basil instead of oregano. Baked at 22 minutes and it was perfect.

I used 1/2 c buttermilk with 2 TBSP Dijon and a few dashes of hot sauce in place of the wet mixture. Delicious.

We added some fresh chopped basil. It was a hit.
