My boyfriend is an avid fisherman so when he brings home trout, this is one of the ways we prepare it. Hope you enjoy. It's from the Favorite Brand Names Cookbook.
- 88.74 ml regular mayonnaise or 88.74 ml light mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- herbs (i usually use dill or thyme)
- 0.25 ml pepper
- 4 (453.59 g) rainbow trout fillets
