  • Preheat broiler to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and nuts.
  • In another medium bowl beat the milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Rinse trout, pat dry, and coat in flour.
  • Dip in egg/milk mixture and then turn to coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through, turning once.
