Broccoli Salad

"My mother in law made this salad for us one Christmas dinner a couple years back. The flavor and texture is so amazing I can still taste it now. She has since compiled a folder of her favorite recipes for her children, this one has to be shared. Very easy to make, and great for any occasion. Tastes great the next day too."

ingredients

• 3 cups broccoli
• 1⁄2 cup red onion
• 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄2 cup feta cheese
• 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• salt and pepper

directions

1. chop, slice and mix salad ingredients together.
2. blend dressing ingredients and pour over broccoli salad.
