Absolutely, melt in the mouth delicious. I cut recipe in half and made one normal size loaf. Topped it with a light orange glaze.Mmmmmmmmmm!!! This is a definite keeper. Great recipe.

This was delicious bread! The pumpkin flavour was a bit subtle, I would prefer it stronger. I made the mistake of greasing the pan, and the bread was so moist that caused it to stick to the sides a bit. I used self-rising flour and omitted salt and baking soda. Wonderfully moist!

This was PERFECT as written! I made the entire batch in one large glass baking pan, greased and floured, which took about 60 minutes at 350. Incredibly moist, yet very stable. Frosted it with cream cheese frosting. Thanks Irish Chef 54 for this new keeper!!
