ingredients
- 236.59 ml granulated sugar
- 236.59 ml evaporated milk
- 236.59 ml chopped pecans
- 236.59 ml grated coconut
- 118.29 ml butter
directions
- Cook the butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan until thick.
- Add pecans until of a thick consistency.
- Cool and spread between the layers to be frosted.
- The filling will harden as it cools.
