Pecan Filling

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 pie

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup whole pecans

directions

1. Beat eggs until light. Mix sugar and flour to the eggs.
2. Beat again.
3. Add syrup, vanilla, salt, and pecans.

Just a comment - I always use maple syrup in place of corn syrup. It is more natural and lends a wonderful flavor to the pie. :)
