Salsa
- 236.59 ml canned wild blueberries, drained
- 118.29 ml canned crushed pineapple
- 118.29 ml roasted red pepper, chopped
- 59.14 ml pine nuts
- 59.14 ml minced red onion
- 59.14 ml chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 59.14 ml white raisins
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 14.79 ml fresh lime juice
- 1.23 ml lime zest
- 9.85 ml minced seeded jalapeno chiles

- Combine salsa ingredients in medium bowl.
- Salt to taste.
- Cover and allow to stand 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill SeaBear Healthy Heart Wild Salmon Fillets (Sockeye Fillets).
