Blueberry Carob Oatmeal

- 2 cups oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats)
- 1⁄2 cup carob powder
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups soymilk
- 2 cups blueberries
directions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium pot. Add the soy milk and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Turn the heat down to med-low and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until oatmeal begins to thicken.
- Remove from the heat and gently stir in the blueberries. Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
