  1. The apple and blueberry flavors are great together. Since I only use regular oats, not instant, I microwaved it three minutes. Thanks for sharing your favorite oatmeal.

  2. This was very good.....it was a bit sweet for me, so I may mix the apple cider with water next time to reduce the sweetness. Loved the blueberries in this. I don't think most people would have a problem with the sweetness....I've been on a diet, so have been limiting sweets. So this was quite a surprise to my taste buds!!!

  3. Oh yum, this was good! I used sparkling apple cider and 1/3 cup of blueberries. You definitely don't need to add sugar to it. The apple cider gives the oatmeal a great flavor.

  4. This is delicious oatmeal! I used regular oats and cooked on the stove. Just loved the apple/blueberry flavor in this. I topped with a very light sprinkle of cinnamon-sugar and enjoyed a great breakfast - thanks for posting your recipe! Made for the Top Favorites of 2009 event

I love to cook, but with two daughters with busy schedules, I'm looking for quick and easy recipes that don't taste quick and easy. My husband is in the Army, so our travels have taken us around Europe and to Australia, as well as to many places here in the U.S. My cooking tastes reflects the foods we've enjoyed in the places we've lived. <img src="http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b2/kiwidutch/my3chefs2009final-1.jpg"> <img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b280/carolinamoon21/Ingredients/BANNERS/BellywarmersSTKR.jpg"> <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/Animation6.gif"> <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
