Blueberry Butter

"This recipe came from a booklet my aunt received at a blueberry festival. This is very good served on toast or even pound cake."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 10 ounces fresh blueberries
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar

directions

1. Wash the berries and let them dry on a paper towel.
2. Allow the butter to come to room temperature so it will soften.
3. Slightly mash the berries.
4. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate.
