directions

 • Mix all ingredients.
 • To serve, spread on bottoms of hamburger buns, top with hot burger. (The irony has not escaped me that I call it a "topping" but put it on the bottom. You can put it on top or bottom!).

 1. Made for your Football Pool win, this recipe was a great find & a huge DH-pleaser at our house (he loves both green olives & blue cheese). We always eat burgers open-face or ditch the bun altogether in favor of a hamb steak. I made the latter, used your topping for it & combined it w/some fried leftover potatoes & a sml green salad. Like another reviewer, I also left out the salt. DH is salt-restricted, but even I felt it was not needed. Congrats on you FP win & thx for sharing this sure-to-be-used-often recipe w/us. :-)

 2. I love blue cheese and this was perfect on top of yesterdays burgers. All the flavours melded well. Going into best of book

 3. I made this yummy topping for my bison burger last evening. This special topping on the bison between the top and bottom of a homemade whole wheat garlic bun tasted like it was heaven sent. the rich flavors are simply delicious and now I want another burger for breakfast!. Made for: For Your Consideration tag game.

 4. Wonderful topping! I'm not overly fond of "classic" burger topping, and this just hit my preferences. I covered the bun with tomato slices and put the topping on top ;-)
Will make this again. Thanks for sharing!
Made for PAC Fall 2012

 5. DH grilled some burgers for lunch today and I made this delicious-tasting combo to go on top. I took the liberty of adding additional blue cheese as the olives were a little over-powering. I used green onions vs. regular ones. I let the topping sit for a little while and come to room temperature and it tastes great.
