This is not only fantastic hot, but also exceptional cold. If you like blue cheese,you will fall all over yourself on this wonderful Meat Loaf.

What a Extremely plesant suprise. This was the best meatloaf I have ever had. Its moist and the blue cheese did not overwhelm it added a wonderful flavor. I cooked it a hour and a half which was perfect I can't make any suggestions on improving this recipe. I reccommend you follow it to the T. Thanks for the recipe.

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet and add the onion and green pepper, saute' for 5 minutes.Add 1/4 cup of the chili sauce and water, cook for 4 minutes more.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup chili sauce with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well and add into the loaf pan on top of the onion and green pepper.Bake in a preheated oven @375 for about 1 1/2 hours.
