- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray pam an 8 by 2 inch pan. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar; stir until dissolved. remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Stir in eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour; mix until blended. Fold in pecans. Bake 30-35 minutes.
