I came up with this when I wanted to eat somethings like tacos but not exactly tacos themselves
- 3 cups black beans (from a can)
- 2 tablespoons salsa (perferably ortega)
- 3 cups refried beans (from a can)
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Mash black beans until the create something resembling a paste.
- Heat on low heat.
- Stir in sour cream, salsa, and refried beans.
- When heated through remove from heat, plate, and top with cheese.
