A recipe my mother used to make all the time. She got this recipe from a church cookbook and it is still a staple in my household. Very tasty

Directions

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  2. Combine meat, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and sage with bread crumbs and mix well.
  3. Form into loaf in 4 3/4x8 3/4 greased loaf pan.
  4. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and mustard.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour over meatloaf.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degrees for 1 hour.
