    Teresa Fadley's Note:

This recipe is a hit at any "Super Bowl" Party, or just a cold wintery night. You will be surprised at the mild beer flavor. Even though I don't drink beer I do like the taste of this chili.

This is a great chili recipie. Some hints on the cooking instructions are I first softened the vegatables and set them aside. I then browned the meat and drained it. I used Ro-Tel instead of tomatoes. I also put 1 Tbls of ground cumin in it. The result was wonderful.
