• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 lb beef sirloin steak, partly frozen
• 18 ounces sour cream
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups mushrooms
• 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
• 1 garlic clove, minced

directions

1. slice steak into strips
2. Fry in frying pan with butter, garlic, onion and mushroom
3. in a small mixing bowl stir sour cream and flour as well as the water boullon and pepper.
